This agency has been both professional and responsive in all our dealings. The staff provide an excellent link between us as owners and our tenants. They work hard to select new tenants and minimise any possibility of vacancy time. A disappointing experience. No response to messages. No response to phone calls. Certainly seems like the sales agents have no desire to follow up buyers enquiries and rely on a buyer walking through the door.
I’d like to give a special callout to Simon Bian who assisted in securing our next rental in lightning-fast speed of one business day. As a renter we often get other agencies who make the application process tedious with frequent requests for more information. On the other hand, Simon made it the exact opposite and a pleasure to deal with. He is respectful, listens and always responds to questions quickly.
