Very friendly and helpful team, who were easy to approach and responded quickly to emails and phone calls.
For the past month, a couple of your real estate agents Kai Kang and Charlie Cao continue to call, email and message me. I’ve never sent my details to them, nor am I interested, but they don’t seem to be getting the hint. I will be contacting the property data code of conduct if it doesn’t stop. It’s become harassment. Avoid at all costs.
I have worked with Christian through Aurora Bayside for the past 3 years as an owner. He has been fantastic with both myself and tenants during this time. Fast responses, helpful with any maintenance work, thorough with inspections and always ready to assist with requests. I would reccomend going through Aurora with Christian as an owner.
Having just moved from a property we leased through Aurora, I couldn’t recommend them enough!! We rented with them for the last 2 years and have continuously received a great level of support and communication from Aurora. A big shout out to the best PM we’ve ever had… Alex you were so incredibly helpful and supportive through our move. We couldn’t sing your praises enough.
