This is my second experience with the Aurora and they’ll be my go-to for as-long as I live in Arizona. They’ll give you the honest truth and the best course of action rather than the one that furthers the pockets. They put their customers needs first. They always use quality parts. If a kit or product comes with cheap Chinese parts they swap them out l with their own quality parts. I seriously can’t recommend them enough. If 10 stars was an option they would get it.
Dave is the BEST! Tptally honest & does not overcharge. Even suggests what you can do on your own to save money!
Dave was recommended by a family member, He drove 40 minutes out for me and did fantastic work. He charged me a third of what parker and sons quoted me and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

We have had Aurora out to do a lot of work recently due to a root intrusion on our sewer line. Dave coordinated all of the diagnostics and saved us a lot of money finding a company that was able to hydro-jet the sewer line to solve the problem. We turned around with the saved money and did several upgrades. We installed faucets, new toilets in all the bathrooms and the best purchase was a new water conditioning system.
