This place is only good for routine appts! My dog was misdiagnosed 2 times by this vet, the first time he ended up in the ER for 4 days, now this time after being seen for 3 weeks and then taking him to the ER in Orchard Park again, he was diagnosed in 3 days with Mersa! This vet never did any cultures and it was not getting better and they just gave him another round of the same antibiotics, everything we were told to do for him was wrong. Great place! The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They've taken great care of my baby. You can tell their hearts are in every visit. The office is clean and organized.
If you're looking for a new veterinarian, this is the place to go! My puppy absolutely melted around Dr. Meisner! She was so good with him when he was getting his shots and all the technicians were kind and informative. Wonderful place, you can really tell how much they care about animals!
I absolutely adore everyone here. My Stinky Pete has been coming here since he was my foster. I wouldn't trust him anywhere else. He loves Dr. Meisner and her treat stash.
I love taking my animals here. They have the best interests of the animals at heart and also make it a point to get to know the parents. Simply amazing!
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent care. Dr. Meisner is the best.
