HORRRIBLE service ! They never answer the phone and do not prioritize children!

Aurora doesn’t seem to have the resources or concern to care for children. Whenever I have actually needed to take my child in due to a concern, there is no availability. This is a main reason to have a doctor! Always have went to Children’s on the fly. They do not explain things in detail like children’s or offer the same genuine concern. Feels like a business and you don’t want that for your child! The pediatricians are overbooked, they are 4-5 months scheduled out. I don’t even want to talk about how many reschedules.
