1 of the doors would not go up and we had a little boo boo on the weather strip....Out came Trevor.....WOW....what a fabulous employee....went out his way to address my issues and find a nagging remote issue....ALL FIXED...quickly, clearly and pleasantly.....a great employee and a happy customer!!
I had a spring break on my garage door so called these people to fix door and they send somebody quick First thing was I opened door manually myself and door stayed up then repair guy tightened a screw and door came crashing down on his ladder and bent. A bracket a roller went on then he went on to replacing spring then after a door that open and shut for 15 years didn’t open and close right anymore then went on to say why he hates these calls because not knowing if door worked right before Then sprayed everything and adjust... read more
Great service , very friendly and reliable , the installers did a tremendous job and we are thrilled with the new doors/openers and end results and the doors are Canadian made for the nice added bonus .excellent value and customer service . We highly recommend !!
