I find many places these days give “ok” service and then bug you to leave a 5 star review before you leave their facility. We had amazing service and were not asked for a review which is why I am leaving one! We showed up really early and rather than being asked to wait we were taken right in!! My kids have had ORTHO before and complained during the insert apt that they mouth was pulled and stretched and hurt. So far I am very impressed. We've been seeing them for a few years. Checkups. X-rays, and nothing billed yet. I know it will get expensive soon, but we've been prepared and they do have options that aren't predatory either. I'll update once we start to have work done, but there's definitely a strong customer experience here from everyone on the team we have engaged with.
