The np that did my fed med licence was BAD! I don't know she is even qualified to do it she had access to all my records I'm fine with that. She then starts trying to diagnose stuff she may not know the law because she screwd up what was done where and didn't ask questions. She talked superior without thinking that I went through the procedures and maybe I could answer questions > do all of my procedures through AROURA I can't dig a big enough hole to put a acceptable raiting

I had a test done that required me coming back a few days after to get my results, but the staff told me to come back more than a WEEK later, not a few days after. When I called to see if my results were ready, the receptionist stated that I was supposed to come in a few days ago. Therefore, my results were invalid and I had to repeat this process again, delaying my start date for an important internship. The communication from the staff was poor, and cost me my internship.

I went there for treatment after a needle stick. The staff was not helpful. Although i was there prior to business close they would not see me and sent me to a location that did not perform the services i needed. No one could help me. I would definitely not recommend this organization for occupational health. Not this one
