I birthed with with a different OB clinic with my son (Suite 501 - phenomenal by the way!), and with my next pregnancy, I was high risk for various reasons. My reproductive endocrinologist discharged me from her care at 7 weeks and asked me to get in with an OB as soon as possible. My regular OB clinic, which like I said was Suite 501, had suggested I try contacting this OB practice (Suite 515), because they were hoping that Suite 515 could get me in sooner than they could. This clinic was awful, and I didn’t even get past t... read more

While I LOVE my provider, I am going to choose to go somewhere else. I've had appointments on the books for months and then as it gets closer, I get rescheduled. This has happened FOUR TIMES! I'm very sad that I'm going to have to find someone else because of the rescheduling, but it is what it is.

I called to get in as I'm newly pregnant. Was told I had to go somewhere else to confirm. My 3 home tests were not good enough for them.too schedule me. Now I'm forced to do a phone appointment? I had one scheduled for Tuesday I called the girl Nicole canceled my Tuesday. Then told me I can't get in until late June early July. I'm high risk with disabled child. They didn't care. The girl laughed at me on the phone when I was panicking about what to do. Who do you have scheduling appointments. It's so rude. And stressful when... read more

Unfortunately didn’t even get past their bad customer service to see the Doctor. I called ahead of time to get information on the recovery timeline after the medical procedure and they couldn’t even tell me basic information over the phone. Would have taken 30 seconds to ask a nurse about the recovery. They didn’t even care, saying I had to see the doctor. Any place with good customer service gives the patient the recovery info before a procedure. Absolutely ridiculous. Try pretending you care about your patients lives inste... read more

Don’t bother making an appointment. They will wait until two days before you are supposed to come in, tell you the doctor isn’t available, and then try to reschedule you for three months from then. I have been making appointments for nearly a year, and they cancel them each time. Save yourself the time and annoyance and go somewhere else.
