We had an appt at 920am. The Vet walks into the clinic at 930am. The secretary was giving my wife a hard time cause she is not the primary on file even though the dog she took there had never been there and I had already sent an email saying that my wife has full authority to take any dog there. While going back and forth had to put up with the awful smell of BO coming from the secretary which I am sure they are unaware and used to it. I like this place a lot. The main vet is extremely knowledgeable and I felt secure leaving my pets with them. After 3-4 visits you really start to see the staff as your friends. Here are my 2 cats post spay
It has been nearly four and a half years since our the first visit to Aurora North Pet Clinic. Our experience has far exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful to everyone. Dr. Patel has always provided accurate diagnoses and effective treatments for every issue QQ has had, such as diarrhea and cough. He also performed her spay surgery, which went smoothly with an excellent recovery. I started to bring my cat here after I got her a few months ago. Dr. Patel takes his time to educate me as a new cat owner, is overall very kind and gentle. I feel much more at ease knowing she’s being taken care of in a very professional, clean, and safe environment. I appreciate the hours of operation because it gives me a chance to book outside my work hours. Ladies at the front are always friendly and on top of things. Overall, have had good experiences here so far and would recommend.
Dr. Patel has been caring for my three cats for the past four years, and I couldn’t be happier! He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to address my concerns. The clinic staff is friendly, and the care my cats receive is exceptional. Highly recommend!
