Salon is clean and good color choices. I got a lavender pedicure and gel manicure. Over half my fingers had bubbles or texture in the polish. There is a 6 dollar surcharge for using a credit card.
Unfortunately they are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. Yoh will always wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment time and get a new person every time you go. The prices posted they now say are old and when you check out they charge you more. My pedicure (gel $68) lasted less than a day. I came and to let them fix it and they removed the polish and gave me one coat and sent me on my way. Got a refund and will never go back again. I was a customer almost two years and they just do not care.
We had such a wonderful experience at Aroura Nails in Bedminster! My daughter absolutely loves her nails—they came out so cute and the attention to detail was amazing. We both also got pedicures, and they were so relaxing and beautifully done. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The salon was clean, professional, and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Aroura Nails to anyone looking for a great nail salon!
