Great people & good service. Helped me in a rush.
I brought my car to Sam to replace a control arm. I was charged approximately $800 for two new control arms. After the work was completed, I was told the car needed an alignment and was instructed to take it to Canadian Tire. At no point was I advised in advance that replacing or adjusting control arms requires a proper alignment, nor was I warned that the car would not be safe to drive in its post-repair condition. Walked in and serviced me right away. I thought my washer fluid pump was broken but turns out my washer fluid was frozen. They thawed it out and added more fluid. They didn't charge me for anything. Lovely group of staff there.
Owner and team are very professional, transparent, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Fully recommend you bring your vehicles here. They were helpful with our high roof commercial van. Bring your fleet here!
