I've been coming here for years and Katy is great. Today because I can't afford to pay 2k Carla the financial advisor becomes condescending, rude, and tells me if I don't like it to leave and see another dentist. This is terrible customer service. In addition my appointment was at 3:30 and it's now 5:30 and still have not been treated. Service has extremely declined and I will not return.
I spend over $7000 getting my teeth fixed at this office. Over a year ago, was the last I was seen. They just sent me a bill of $411 with no date of service or what it was for. They told me they were talking with my insurance trying to get them to pay. This office told meTo call my insurance. My insurance told me they could have pre approved this. Save your payment history to them! Very crooked billing practices. I paid my bill through their online payment service A month ago and nothing is showing up on their end though they were happy to take my money from my bank. Luckily I have everything recorded. They told me they would call me back after an inquiry and it’s been several weeks since. Their office is either in complete disarray or they simply don’t care about customers. Either way, they are absolutely not worth the headache.
Recommendedchanging dentist after 17 years was a little scary. But everyone in this office was super nice and professional, specially during these trying times of covid. everything in this place is super modern and up to date with technology. But because of such high technology, I do find this place super expensive compared to my previous dentist office. I'd still recommend them though!

Dr McCann is wonderful, very supportive, kind, so much attention to detail and so very patient with me. My mouth seems to be an endless project, today gave me hope that my jaw pain and other issues will resolve. I cannot recommend this office enough!
They actually care about their patients!! I spent 4 hours there this evening. I look like a stroke patient from all the numbing but glad to get it over with and my family is getting a kick out of watching me try to smile!!! The staf is amazing! Everyone was so engaging and friendly that I felt really comfortable the whole time. I loved chatting with them. Even stayed late to get my treatment done.
