I've been coming here for years and Katy is great. Today because I can't afford to pay 2k Carla the financial advisor becomes condescending, rude, and tells me if I don't like it to leave and see another dentist. This is terrible customer service. In addition my appointment was at 3:30 and it's now 5:30 and still have not been treated. Service has extremely declined and I will not return.
I would not take dog to this modern dentist. Unprofessional, huge turn over, office manager makes up stories, No accountability for employees who were there and then were so called let go or left. What a racket parts of their work are done in **********, part in ********. Even if you have a good insurance plan these guys will s**** them to. I didnt get my work done here after a big issue. I am seeing a normal dentist now. Don't use this dentist.They are the worst I have ever seen in person. S H

I spend over $7000 getting my teeth fixed at this office. Over a year ago, was the last I was seen. They just sent me a bill of $411 with no date of service or what it was for. They told me they were talking with my insurance trying to get them to pay. This office told meTo call my insurance. My insurance told me they could have pre approved this. I went to aurora dentistry despite what the reviews said online.my first appointment I was lied to about how the financing worked then I was upsold requiring me to pay roughly **** dollars for x rays a cleaning and impressions which was only two hours worth of service.Thats with insurance when I came in for my extraction appointment they told me I had to pay the full amount.that the person that sold the job quit and didn't implement the payment arrangements into the computer.So I had to apply for financing which they said wo... read more
Save your payment history to them! Very crooked billing practices. I paid my bill through their online payment service A month ago and nothing is showing up on their end though they were happy to take my money from my bank. Luckily I have everything recorded. They told me they would call me back after an inquiry and it’s been several weeks since. Their office is either in complete disarray or they simply don’t care about customers. Either way, they are absolutely not worth the headache.
Recommendedchanging dentist after 17 years was a little scary. But everyone in this office was super nice and professional, specially during these trying times of covid. everything in this place is super modern and up to date with technology. But because of such high technology, I do find this place super expensive compared to my previous dentist office. I'd still recommend them though!
AMAZING pain moderation, and fantastic friendly staff. I've had a crown and a root canal done here an I could not recommend them more highly
