I recently had to change providers due to my main provider not covering my insurance. A lady with a Asian accent told me they couldn’t help me at all. I called back spoke to a man named Steve who is very rude and finally scheduled my appointment. The only reason I’m keeping this appointment is because of my difficulties with my insurance. It is sad that behavioral health places this would treat people like that knowing they already have mental issues going on.
My 17 year old daughters therapist is wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk is always helpful and makes it easy to schedule appointments.
