I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years. I've always hated them, just too lazy to find a new one. I'm in great health, so never needed to go often, anyhow. The turnover is absolutely insane. The staff, including the doctors and nurses, are constantly changing. Dr. Abouf is an expletive. The way he speaks to his patients. A doctor friend recommended an MD at his clinic as a great resource, so kudos to his accomplishments. Called to make an appointment requesting this MD. The staff said they do all appointment-making in the 4 o'clock hour, so I gave them a number to call back. They then called back at 11:30am. Took my info, said they'd build my chart and call back in 5-10 minutes to then schedule the appointment, noting new patients needed to make a separate appointment with a physician's assistant before a second appointment with the MD, and ... read more

The providers here are great. My biggest issue is their lines of communication. Everything they do/process is from 1998. There is no portal to communicate with your doctor. Your pharmacy has to request refills for you. It takes multiple days to hear back from the nurse line. And they have everything sent in and out via snail mail. In 2025 where just about everything is digital, this office is more than outdated.
