I and my husband were living there more than 5 years and when we decided to move and almost moved out all stuff that time we showed apartment to manager Erwin like ever-thing is good , if no let us know. He told us that everything is good and you don't need to pay anything . After moving we got email for charges above 400$ for damage even there was no damage. we called Erwin he asked us to ignore emails and said that he will sort-out everything. Moved into this site recently and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the site , including hallways stairwells and lobby along with the elevator. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need or if repairs are required in suite they are on to of the work right away , very impressed!!

I live there for more than 5 years almost pay 100k in rent every thing was good until i moved. I got charged that i was not excepting. 3 bags left in apartment it cost me $90 i have bills i will attach that too if you guys pay $30 to remove a bag for 50m hire me i will love to work for you.Blinder needs to be replaced because its outdated they also charge me for that. The staff was nice i never had a complaint but the management who charges us was sucks alot of unnecessary charges. Better to live somewhere else but not there... read more
