So far my experience here at Aurora Heights has been pretty good. The site manager Erwin is fantastic to deal with. He is always timely with questions and it doesn’t matter how many times you ask him he always gets back to you. For the most part Neighbours are quiet and keep to themselves….so far experience here has been good.
Site Erwin & staff are very nice & very helpful we here 2 years & wer back coz we love the place .

I was impressed with the apartment manager’s professionalism and customer service. He patiently answered all our questions in detail.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience renting our unit with Broadstreet Properties in Aurora Heights. Communication was efficient between ourselves, the property manager Erwin as well as the rest of the staff. They are fairly quick in responding to any issues or concerns especially when there is something that needed maintenance. The community room & gym was great perks in renting out a unit!
