I live there for more than 5 years almost pay 100k in rent every thing was good until i moved. I got charged that i was not excepting. 3 bags left in apartment it cost me $90 i have bills i will attach that too if you guys pay $30 to remove a bag for 50m hire me i will love to work for you.Blinder needs to be replaced because its outdated they also charge me for that. The staff was nice i never had a complaint but the management who charges us was sucks alot of unnecessary charges. Better to live somewhere else but not there... read more
I highly recommend these apartments. They always kept everything clean and Manager of this building is very friendly.
I had a great experience renting my unit here, Erwin and the maintance manager are really friendly, they go the extra mile to assist you if there are any concerns and any work order is worked on quick, overall it was an excelent experience.
This has been our best renting experience in years. Erwin and the whole staff is very helpful and always available!
2025 Still love living here. Site manager (Erwin) is the best, always cordial and willing to assist. A good site manager makes a difference. So thankful we found a great place to live that allows pets. Site staff are hard working and keep the place clean. Close to stores, lots of walking paths and a playground. Would recommend.
