Doctor Harper has been my doctor for a year now, and I’m so disappointed in how she’s handling my accommodation paperwork for my employer. Horrible billing practices, about $600 for a general/primary physician consult before they will see you for a physical.
Went there last week as a new patient. After I told the associate at the front desk I’m here for my 1st appointment, she asked me to get some paperwork done and it took 20 some minutes. Then I was seated to wait for a dozen more minutes until she called me up, and told me that she wasn’t aware my appointment time earlier and I just missed mine. And she suggested me to reschedule another one 2 weeks later. I couldn’t believe this! No one bother to request any information needed for new patients ahead of time, it could be done... read more
