Disgusting, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I recently called to speak with my provider about a side effect from medication. The secretary was very pushy and demanding of personal details I barely wanted to give to the doctor. After that I ended up talking to a nurse who repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again and kept laughing at me.
Recently, I needed to be seen promptly, but couldn't get in for 3 months. I went with another provider and had a great visit. I was happy enough to schedule my yearly checkup, but not even 4 days later, I was told that appointment in 3 months had to be rescheduled since she was on vacation.... no joke! Then their collection department doesn't feel that $200 a month payments are enough. They are shaking me down for a payment well before I can get an appointment with my primary. Been coming here my whole life, recently I've been turned away and refused treatment from the ER and they're also adding new fees on top of my Healthcare and not covering everything. The co pays are ridiculous and I can't afford to be seen
Absolutely terrible. Doctor looked into my mouth for one second and then I asked him for some confirmation and he just walked out. Medicine wasn’t even right, it was making my mouth worse. If you’re a woman ASK FOR A WOMAN DOCTOR!
