I’ve had issues with various departments. Many issues related to VA paperwork. Audiology. Consistently told me they did not receive paperwork from VA. They had it for a month. I had to schedule my audiology at SSM. They called me the day my papers was sent to the,. Neurology. Was on their schedule for 8 months. Went to er last night and had never been there before. Had a nurse accuse me of being there 3 days prior seeking meds. Thanks for making me feel like some low life.

Referred for an x-ray. No info given that the location of imaging had moved. Distance to where imaging was now located was long. Apparently, there is construction going on. No thought to a patient needing a wheelchair, no signage where to go. It is a miserable excuse for health care. They obviously weren't concerned about their patients.

Disgusting, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I recently called to speak with my provider about a side effect from medication. The secretary was very pushy and demanding of personal details I barely wanted to give to the doctor. After that I ended up talking to a nurse who repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again and kept laughing at me.
