After seeing Dr Singer for a few years, my mother and I changed to a different Aurora doctor. He started out fine but as time progressed, it felt like he was getting pushy. My mother and I see Dr Singer at this office. Let me start by saying, the doctors and most nurses are fine at this location. My complaint is with support staff, people returning phone calls, front line staff. The woman I spoke with today needs de-escalation training badly. Her attitude is not a proper representation of Aurora medical group. My mother had a appointment with a nurse today for a BP check. I came here for a prescription for pink eye (very standard visit). The staff was very kind and the service went extremely quickly. I was in and out of the building within 20 minutes. They prescribed me eye drops and informed me my insurance would send me the bill. Upon receiving my bill, I was charged $535 (before insurance coverage). I thought the price sounded absurd so I made many calls to try and get a break down of the cost, with no such luck. Friendly, competent staff
Go here if you want to be charged $900 for a flu test. Call them and get no help. Absolutely abysmal service and a total rip off. Avoid avoid avoid.
