I came for a wellness check on August 7th. I was billed $1,545.00 for this visit. Yes $1,545.00 for a visit that took 40 minutes and I don't think had any value. I am still getting bills and being told it's my responsibility as apparently after 38 days it still hasn't gone to my insurance or my insurance benefits can't be confirmed . . . Even tho it's Aurora insurance. Now I am unable to message about billing in the app and am given a useless AI assistant. One of the worst urgent care I’ve ever seen please don’t go there they will charge u for a proper and they don’t have doctors instead of doctors nurse practioner will come and check you I was positive with influenza b I walked it for urgent care and nurse practitioner saw me which I don’t think she. Is a good one because she told me my test is negative and send me back Next day my condition got super worse and I did a home kit test it become positive and I had to pay 300 $ bill For this visit .i think that used a expired kit... read more
