One of the worst urgent care I’ve ever seen please don’t go there they will charge u for a proper and they don’t have doctors instead of doctors nurse practioner will come and check you I was positive with influenza b I walked it for urgent care and nurse practitioner saw me which I don’t think she. Is a good one because she told me my test is negative and send me back Next day my condition got super worse and I did a home kit test it become positive and I had to pay 300 $ bill For this visit .i think that used a expired kit... read more

Aurora is always excellent
Well I was surprised to see the various different complaints about this clinic.. I have been coming here for three or four years now and I have no complaints whatsoever... Damaging people are very nice and very friendly and I never have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for any of the doctors.. the doctors are very nice and they listen when I talk... I love this place and feel safe and important
Worst location and customer service. So rude. Don't think that the staff here will have any empathy or be willing to help you out after your primary care doctor leaves (abruptly) without notice. Terrible.
