While checking in this morning for my mammogram, Suzyette was checking me in. It appeared that I was a bother for I was interrupting her as she was doing nothing. Four ladies at the front desk and no one else checking in but me. Maybe Aurora needs to review there staffing and cut back on people who are there only to collect a check!
Over 200 dollars for a provider to tell me what I already know so that I can get a prescription for ear infection medication. Healthcare is a scam. I wouldn't go here again.
My 75 old mother went in for a sinus infection as she gets once a year. She does not like medications of any sort but a sinus infection especially at her age can be quite concerning. The doctor on duty this past Saturday tells her she has to exhibit signs for 7 days and would only give her a script for this Tuesday.
