Aurora has great care for everyone. They have good or great therapy. Brianne and terry are great therapy rehabilitation. I have great care from all the people and doctors mostly. I only thing i hate there is the policy. You miss 3 appointments in a row. They will not see you again. It should be up to the doctors. That's who your paying. Its not like you owe thousand of dollars. They need to change it.
I showed up to my physical appointment which I had been getting reminders about though text. Get there 10 minutes early only to be told I canceled the appointment a week prior through the portal. I don’t use the portal or have the app on my phone. This has happened multiple times. I have been told I had referral in the system on three separate occasions only to follow up a week later to be told no referral was ever put in the system.
