I showed up to my physical appointment which I had been getting reminders about though text. Get there 10 minutes early only to be told I canceled the appointment a week prior through the portal. I don’t use the portal or have the app on my phone. This has happened multiple times. I have been told I had referral in the system on three separate occasions only to follow up a week later to be told no referral was ever put in the system. Dr. Hoyer's nurse and secretary on duty today, 07/12/2024 was extremely rude and called me crazy because I didn't understand something that I already called twice about and was told I would be able to be helped, I will not be coming back to this place ever again!!!!

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, all the nurses I've worked with have been really wonderful. The doctors I have worked with have been wonderful as well - they really listen to what I'm saying and explain things thoroughly without being patronizing or explaining things to me like I'm 5, which is greatly appreciated.
