Dr. Hoyer's nurse and secretary on duty today, 07/12/2024 was extremely rude and called me crazy because I didn't understand something that I already called twice about and was told I would be able to be helped, I will not be coming back to this place ever again!!!!

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, all the nurses I've worked with have been really wonderful. The doctors I have worked with have been wonderful as well - they really listen to what I'm saying and explain things thoroughly without being patronizing or explaining things to me like I'm 5, which is greatly appreciated.

I have been going to Aurora for a number of years and have always had a positive experience. My doctor is very friendly, thorough and caring. Despite other people's comments I have never had an issue with reception, they have always been friendly in my experience.
