I returned a call here - I was on hold for 15min then shaniqua said she dont work there! I asked for a supervisor or the HR dept she refused and asked me to hold again! She hung up on me!

got misdiagnosed after a botched test from one of aurora's urgent care centers and came here to get a second opinion. despite them agreeing that i was given the wrong information they refused to retest me and sent me on my way. i went to several rheumatic disease centers who all tested my blood was negative for what aurora misdiagnosed me for. each time i revisited aurora with results showing i was misdiagnosed they either couldn't find my information anywhere or didn't know who to contact. ive sent in several amendment form... read more
