Horrible people, they don't care about you
As of 2025 it appears that staff is more engaged and knowledgeable on different policies and procedures. Visiting hours are much better as well. The overall treatment that is provided appears to be greatly improved since 2023. As such, I am updating this review from 1 star to 4 stars at this time. Literally was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff treated me and others with a lack of human decency. I was suicidal going there as a last resort and was treated like I was faking it. I was told that I would not find a “happy pill” when I expressed my feelings of hopelessness. The living conditions where less then stellar. The rooms were small and cold, the phones didn’t work half the time and were not private at all.
