They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

They are always very careful and meticulous Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
