I was very clear about what I wanted: an inch off the sides only. It was also confirmed that my hair would not be cut short. The stylist did discuss length in the beginning, but during the cut she ended up cutting an inch or more off my entire hair. This was not what I agreed to, and I left unhappy and disappointed. If you care about your hair length, be cautious
