My wife called this clinic to book an appointment and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the front-desk staff. She was simply trying to ask questions and understand the appointment process, but the way she was spoken to was extremely rude and dismissive. When someone is calling a healthcare clinic because they are in pain and looking for help, they should be treated with patience, respect, and basic courtesy. I called this clinic on September 23 at around 1:20 PM because I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and am currently experiencing significant heel pain. I was calling because I genuinely needed guidance and was trying to understand whether I should book an appointment directly, whether I needed a referral, and what the costs would be. Dr Stanford is exceptional at what he does. I have gone back multiple times to see him even after moving away. He is worth travelling to see.
