It was difficult to give even 1 star. An online order was placed and Aurora picked up the contract. They delivered a day and 1/2 late. When the item was finally delivered, it was the most disappointing arrangement. I was embarrassed that this was sent to my loved one. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, an Aurora employee actually went back to my loved one and ASKED FOR THE BASKET TO BE RETURNED. Aurora is the only flower shop I use in the Crowley area. They always make beautiful arrangements and gear for prom/homecoming. We have been going there for years, and the other day I ordered from the website for the first time and It was the same great quality. 10/10 I recommend this shop to everyone!
