The dentist is good but the receptionists need to improve their customer skills.
A very friendly, personal dental experience at Aurora Family Dental. The Dental team are knowledgeable, kind, caring, helpful and very gentle. I am appreciating the look and health of my mouth and teeth.
As a long time patient of Dr. Ansari and being a very anxious person when entering a dental office Dr. Ansari has always put me at ease. Always reassuring and helpful when I need her the most.
I have been a client from the very beginning. I was with Dr. Andrews when he retired and sold the practice. Then I stayed when Dr. Ansari took over. She has been great, so good and gentle while working on my teeth. She and her staff are very thorough and keep up to date with all the current treatments available. I have been going to Aurora family dental for more than 15 years. They have always had a friendly staff and taken good care of me. Whether I had emergency’s, or just routine cleaning it’s been well done. Dr Ansari is extremely thorough and very good.
