I called operator worse than service help for cable if I were to compare it they work with people with serious mental issues. If I was suicidal the call alone would have put me over the edge. Said out every letter when she was spelling snow. And then they aren’t doing face to face meetings?! That is very impersonal I know it’s because of covid but you have to understand mental health can be just as important as physical. I just want help and I’m not sure anyone can help anymore.
