Had a great experience, everyone was very kind and reassuring
I recently visited the ER and was so impressed with the staff. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and efficient. They truly made a difficult experience much more bearable. I felt well-cared for from the moment I arrived until I was discharged. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work.
I will be sticking to Froedtert hospitals and clinics from now on. A nurse in this ER literally slammed a door in my face because I corrected her for calling me the wrong name. As an autistic person, I will never return to this hospital or any other Aurora facility. Very bad experiences both times I had to visit. In all of my years of experience at Aurora, I have been treated with rudeness and disrespect every single time.
I utilized the Aurora ED early on 6/14/24 and when I arrived it was not that busy & I was only in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. Before I could even change into the gown in my room Dr. Mullin was already ready to see me which I thought was amazing. She was a great listener, I felt very heard, and she asked me questions to involve me in my care which I really appreciated.
