I just had Aurora at my house this morning. I called them after the first company I tried was a no show, no call. They were great to work with! Josh answered my calls right away, both times I called in. Dan graciously got me on the schedule as soon as possible even though they were pretty booked up. Mike and Sean who came to the house were on time, very knowledgable, and friendly. They educated me about my problem and the best way to fix it and then got it done. They even fixed my lamppost which I thought was a lost cause. T... read more
