Had an appointment w Dr. Bonchak at this Aurora facility. Checking for skin abnormalities. Caring doctor provides explanations as examined and gentle care.
While the staff was kind, they charge an arm and a leg ($840+ before insurance) for a 20 minute preliminary visit, without any indication of the price. Everything is pushed through the LiveWell app, which staff wasn’t able to help navigate. This is unfortunate and completely unaffordable.
Incompetent, rude, and expensive. The trifecta of a poor customer experience. Poor treatment plans, poor planning and scheduling, and when called out about it their advice was to "write a letter to your congressman". Who says something that dumb? Then I find out that their office call rate is $1080 per hour. Yes your read that right. $1080 per hour. That just gets you in the room with a doctor. My girlfriend went there for a rash in certain areas and he made her pull her pants, panties down unexpectedly without warning at the last minute and wanted to see the goods. Cut a part of her elbow which for eczema for who knows why. No discharge papers, nothing.
