My son broke his tooth on Christmas day. Dr Koheil, who was out of town,took a good deal of time away from his family to talk to my son on how to handle it. He called the next day to check on him, and then came back into town to fix it for him. Really great, caring dentist.
I've been going to Aurora Dental Artists for years and I highly recommend them. The entire staff is really friendly, scheduling appointments is really easy, and they're prompt about reminders and upcoming visits. The moment you walk through the door and are greeted your visit is personable and not rushed. Dr. Kohiel is an all around great guy and a true professional. The staff is always friendly and professional. I just had a crown done and Dr. Koheil took his time making sure everything was just right and felt good for me. I highly recommend him and his office.
All too often in my experiences with Dentists and the staff that supports them has been a negative one for several reasons which span from staff being too busy to give adequate attention and care to doctors who have become jaded making for an overall unpleasant experiences.
