Best place in town. Great customer service. A-1 top-notch repairs. Stranded on trip from Illinois to Vancouver British Columbia and they not only fixed the original problem but went above and beyond to inform me of brake safety issues. Recommended repair without pressure and fixed this problem too since I was travelling back to my home state of Illinois. Aurora clutch and more has worked on my car a few times. Each time has been a good experience. The owner even went as far as taking my car for me from kirkland to the shop to get it fixed and back. How many auto shops do you know that would take your car in for you? I'd give them a ten if there were 10 Stars on Facebook to give.
Never been to a better auto shop. Derek has fixed up my hunk o' junk car so many times I've lost count and has always done it quickly and at an extremely fair rate. Customer service like this is hard to come by, especially when it comes to auto repair, and whenever a friend needs an auto shop I always know where to send them.
