Amazing shop, Service and sales
Worst Jeep Dealership Experience Ever! This place is a total rip-off. They charge premium prices while secretly using the lowest-quality, possibly fake parts — without informing the customer. Absolutely dishonest! It feels like they’re trying to squeeze every dollar out of you at every step. Avoid at all costs if you value your money and your vehicle.
I would have given 'zero' stars, but that is not an option. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM AURORA CHYSLER. My 19 year old son bought his first vehicle (a 2016 NIssan Frontier) from here. They agreed to 'Safety' the vehicle (which we wanted as he would be driving it between Guelph and Seneca College along the 401, 407 and 404). When we picked up the truck, we were told it needed nothing to safety and was in great shape.
