I would have given 'zero' stars, but that is not an option. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM AURORA CHYSLER. My 19 year old son bought his first vehicle (a 2016 NIssan Frontier) from here. They agreed to 'Safety' the vehicle (which we wanted as he would be driving it between Guelph and Seneca College along the 401, 407 and 404). My new truck 4 month old making squeezing noise, I went to few Ram dealers, changed driving belt twice, changed tensioner but noise is not been fix. I been recommended from other dealer to try Aurora Ram deal, the first visited they found the problem, ordered the parts replaced on the second appointment, the noise is finally gone. I want to say think you to Mike and his team, wish you all the best.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My 2022 Ram 1500 Sport GT suffered a catastrophic engine failure and was dropped off at this dealership on April 28th. On May 6th, I was told by the service manager, Mike, that it would be looked at within “a day or two."” He gave me his card and promised to follow up, then vanished. No call. No update. No diagnosis.
