The entire team here is so friendly and caring. Everything was explained and communicated thoroughly. We’re very happy with the care and the final results for me and my two family members ! Highly recommend!
I needed some upgrades to some wiring I’ve had for about 25 years. I called several orthodontists in the area and found it very difficult to reach someone. Unanswered phone calls, automated call answering services that disconnect or voicemails not getting a return call. Aurora Braces was the only orthodontist office I called where a person answered right away. She was responsive and helpful. I needed a consultation and then two visits afterwards to fix my hardware. I’ve had a great experience at this office, Dr. chung is amazing, and the staff are lovely people.
Both of my boys have beautiful (straight) smiles thanks to Dr. Chung and his team. I especially appreciated that during the pandemic, I would get a phone call from them BEFORE charging my credit card as they understood and appreciated how many people were out of work or had lost income. Very much a community focused business - grateful to have them in Aurora!
