I was here for mental health issues, as well as substance abuse issues, and I found the staff to be helpful and friendly...until it was time to make my discharge plan. Firstly, there was a complication with my insurance, where the hospital thought I didn't have insurance (when I did), and so they wouldn't find a place for me to stay for rehab. Once that got fixed, they made arrangements for me to get transported to Crossroads for rehab. They discharged me early this morning with no transport. I was left completely on my own.... read more

when I was here I wasnt able to get my clothes until the second day, i was checked in late and often had to advocate for myself since i wasnt told how this place worked, it was difficult since im quiet but other than that this place was good, i enjoyed the food and the staff we're nice, i got to color a lot. it was super cold and if youre gonna go here bring slippers or something cs the ground you do often go outside

Aurora-Glendale is a great IOP alcohol recovery facility. Well organized by caring people. The facility was clean and I felt safe. The Psych Education opened lines of communication in the group and helped me with my own introspection. I am grateful. Thank you 🙏🏼

Been here and did the program and finished I Thank you this was 2022 now I am in IOP with Auroa outpatient clinic and having group sessions on DBT to accept change in our social environment and do are best Thank you Aurora. ✍️💌
