Aurora-Glendale is a great IOP alcohol recovery facility. Well organized by caring people. The facility was clean and I felt safe. The Psych Education opened lines of communication in the group and helped me with my own introspection. I am grateful. Thank you 🙏🏼

Been here and did the program and finished I Thank you this was 2022 now I am in IOP with Auroa outpatient clinic and having group sessions on DBT to accept change in our social environment and do are best Thank you Aurora. ✍️💌

Only doing 4 stars because I could not actually afford to attend services, but the staff was very respectful and treated me with compassion.

Aurora Glendale did not have a bed for my son yet they let me go through the entire intake process just to tell me that there was no bed for him. Then i was told thay there was a bed for him in Tempe but that my son had to be transported by ambulance to Tempe. The 29mi ambulance ride cost me over $1800 of which none of it is covered by insurance. I could have driven my son to Tempe myself and saved $1800. I would have just had to do the intake again at the Tempe location. But the Glendale location does not tell you that, the... read more

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced during the check-in process. It was disheartening to witness a lack of compassion and empathy from the staff, especially considering that people are coming in during vulnerable times, often seeking help and support. The staff appeared untrained in how to communicate effectively and respectfully with individuals in distress.
