I went in to see Keith Rindahl because my PCP referred me to be assessed for ADHD. I had almost all the symptoms and they were getting worse. He refused to even assess me, saying that they aren’t prescribing ADHD meds anymore, saying that I can’t have it because I’m not hyperactive, and pushed a drug on me that caused severe anxiety in the past. Been on the waiting so long my referral expired. What do they do? Put me back at the bottom of the waiting list (at least 6 months) verses offering a spot on their cancellation list since it's already been over a year. Don't waste your time.. just go somewhere else where they actually try to help. Zero stars..

I want to talk to a therapist or see a psychiatrist and called two weeks ago. The girl put me on a call back list and made it sound like they would reach out in a few days. I called two weeks later and the tell me I’m on the call back list which is 4-5 MONTHS! I understand they are busy but please let patients know the real wait times. I would have looked elsewhere 2 weeks ago.

As experienced visiting this place today this place is a worth place i ever seem in Milwaukee. I never recommend anyone going to visit here. The counselor don't even know how to treat with customer she needs to see a real psychologist first to adjust her attitude before she consulting to customer. She thought she is only one physiologist in the entire state but she doesn't know there is line up out there who can give service better than her.
