They do not follow their own paperwork; I brought my infant son in for a blood test at 3, they called me with the results at 5:05 but I missed the call. Called them back 5 minutes later and the person that answered told me they closed at 5 so nobody was there to talk to about the results. I asked why they didn't leave a message and she said hippa rules but I had signed paperwork allowing them to leave a message with test results so there was no reason not to. I am over the moon with Dr. Hayes and his nursing staff. Being a high risk pregnancy it has been scary, but they have made me feel good about everything a long the way.
I was flown emergently from Oshkosh when I was 31 weeks pregnant and extremely hypertensive. Thanks to Dr. Hayes, his staff, and the wonderful people at Aurora BayCare Medical Center we had the best possible outcome. While my son spent a month in the NICU, he just turned 4 years old last month. He is perfect and our experience, while rough, was made so much better because of the competent and compassionate people at Aurora BayCare!
I delivered my daughter here on 3/23/14. I had Lisa from L&D as my nurse, and she was an absolute god sent. I have never felt more comfortable somewhere. Even though Dr. Kincheloe (who i must say is also a god sent) delivered my daughter vaginally and Frank Breech, I had a wonderful experience. The only thing was that really bothered me though was my lactation nurse seemed very irritated with my daughter and i when i needed her in the middle of the night because my daughter wouldnt latch. other than that i always go to you g... read more
This hospital and it's amazing staff saved my husband's life several years ago. This is why I volunteer 2 days a week. I always hear from patients how great this staff is. Thank you all for the caring and dedicated people you are.
My boyfriend went to your ER today with severe back pain. Your ER doctor saw him for less than ten minutes, told him that he is a "statistic", to "get used to the pain", and told him to leave. He then went to Door County Memorial Hospital where they found that he is having severe muscle spasms and prescribed muscle relaxers, steroids, and physical and massage therapy. This was the WORST hospital we have ever been to and the WORST attitude of a doctor ever.
Just want to say thank you for the excellent treatment from everyone in the surgery department, had my ACL reconstruction yesterday and everyone was really nice, professional and made it as great for me as possible.
