Normally we are very pleased with Aurora, but this problem is very detrimental to my wife's health and we cannot speak to the person in charge of the bariatric program. We have left more than five messages for her, yet she will not return our calls. My wife has done everything required but was told she missed anappointment, but we knew nothing of this appointment. Absolutely love these qualified doctors, nurses and the whole staff at Baycare! Dr Henry is such a great doctor. He gave me some not so great news but was so honest to me! I have had therapy there as well with Katy who also was so dedicated to her job!!
I loved my stay and almost every nurse i had while having my baby. But there was one nurse who was super stuck up and was VERY rude. I was in ALOT of pain as you could imagine after giving birth and i asked her for a bag of chips she belittled me and told me its down the hall you have legs. I never felt so small about being there she was nothing but rude the whole time i was there.
Your billing department has no idea how to bill the VA Choice Program through Health Net. Despite having copied my insurance card every time I walk in Aurora and having all my authorization numbers from Health Net. Iam treated as a non insured person. I get a bill call your billing department wait on hold forever the person on the phone is never familiar with my problem and says I will check it out and call you back tomorrow. I had emergency back surgery and I cannot explain the professionalism and genuine care and concern I had ESPECIALLY from my nurses. Hands down best care I could ask for.
