I had ankle surgery yesterday and I cannot be more impressed with all of the staff! I was just amazed with the quality of care received from the surgical team and nurses. Even though I was initially in a lot of pain, they listened and got it under control as quickly as they could. I went home comfortable. I was told they (finally) found the cause of my pain and was able to debrid it, and am expected to return to my active lifestyle once healed and possible PT. I just think that they are always thurough and professional.
Great place to be if you have to be in the hospital. I wasn't the patient (it's was my husband). He had wonderful care. Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, registration, cleaning, volunteers the all were helpful, professional, caring. As a family member, I too was treated just wonderful. The food in the cafe was really good too. The one minor thing that could be improved on is the magazine selection. But I brought my own to do things after the first day, which was an emergency situation, so that was the last thing I was thinking of when ... read more
