Dominic did a great job installing my new air conditioner and it has been working very well since then. He has been responsive to all issues (mostly minor ones) that have arisen since then. I highly recommend Aurora Air.
Andrew was very thorough, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Aurora to anyone needing help with their AC. Thank you Dominic for responding so quickly last night and getting Andrew out to my house first thing this morning. Very much appreciated!
Did excellent job. Spotted possible future equipment problem and had them change it for a reasonable price. Also purchased their yearly maintenance plan which was more reasonable than other companies. Looking forward to doing business in the future.
Dominic is honest and hard working, even showing up in sunday to try to Help after initial efforts failed. Andrew and alberto also work very hard. Others at the main office put the hard sell on and seem dishonest. Stick with dominic.

Aurora responded promptly, worked me into their schedule so that I could start work on time at 9 am. My A/C actually works better since they replaced the fan motor. The technicians were professional and answered my questions. I was so pleased I scheduled my yearly checkup with them.
