We had an emergency at midnight....I called many services and Get Mo Cool was the ONLY service that actually had staff on service! They came, serviced my air and I am one HAPPY customer!! Their technician was excellent, and their price beat the competitors!! I highly reccomend this team!
Came within an hour for service. Fixed the issue and the problem. Reliable.
The upsell was on the hard side, but still within the bounds of just solid business principles - and we ended up going for it (typical late-summer AC drain unclog, + active pump system to guard against future clogs). The pump install was incredibly fast. Also, I should mention that while I ended up speaking with 3 or 4 different people by project-end, they were all perfectly cordial and helpful.
Better than expected. Air wasn't working called and spoke with Cathy and she send me a guy named Maurice who worked on the problem, fortunately it was a simple fix. It was a relief to have air again.
Very good experience. Contacted them because my AC was not cooling and they sent out Randy and he got it working in under an hour. Will use again if I need them.
