⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience working with XHomesRealty and especially with Aurica Burduja. She went above and beyond to help me find and purchase the house of my dreams. Aurica was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with every decision. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I am now a proud homeowner. I highly recommend Aurica and the XHomesRealty team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I would highly recommend Aurica to anyone looking to buy or sell a home — you’ll be in excellent hands. We bought a property with Aurica. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and care. When it came time to sell, Aurica marketed our property beautifully, negotiated strongly on our behalf, and made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. She’s a professional!!!

Aurica was absolutely wonderful! This was our first time buying a home and she was extremely helpful. She is so knowledgeable and detailed in her explanations when going through a home, she pointed out a lot of things we missed. She was also very responsive to our texts and calls. We never felt like we were being guided in the wrong direction. When it came to price and negotiation she was second to none in helping us get the right price. Aurica, you have found yourself another lifelong client in me. Thank you!
