Really, really nice bartender! He's been there for 5 years now. I had the salted cod croquettes with lemon balm micro greens and lardo. they were excellent. Beautiful presentation - Three of them on a smear or something slightly like tartar, but much better, with lardo shavings and micro greens on top on a small black slate rectangle. Only thing I'd do different is ask for a bit more smear.
