I've had amazing massage experiences with both Peter and Derrick—I highly recommend them! I've been seeing Peter for a few months, and he's been extremely attentive to my pain, adjusting each session accordingly. I love his use of hot stones. Derrick helped loosen up my incredibly tight back and neck muscles with just the right amount of pressure and gave me a wonderful head massage! Both of them have offered great tips and suggestions for aftercare and recovery.
This place may as well be an illegal Chinese parlor! The biggest red flag should have been that I didn’t sign a waiver and mark exactly what I needed like at normal spots with integrity. I told the woman my problem areas and that I need firm pressure instead I got a Swedish massage and she didn’t even touch my problem areas how I needed. I’ve had knots in my neck for over a month. One of the best massages I've had. Peter was very communicative at the beginning, which always provides a deeper level of comfort, and then checked in about pressure level and any specific needs/concerns throughout. Even provided some tips for a particularly knotty joint! Soothing atmosphere and experience in a bustling area. Not cheap, but unsurprising cost for the location - and turned out to be worth it!
Have tried the services last week with my friend. We don't like it! The massage is just so-so.
Appointments are required, but actually making one is a nightmare. We showed up last week hoping for clarity, but the staff couldn’t provide any information—just pointed us to their vague, unprofessional website. I wasn’t even sure if I had an appointment, and after waiting 20 minutes for them to locate a robe and slippers, they had the nerve to ask why I seemed negative. Honestly, the lack of organization and basic hospitality was shocking. Not what I expected at all.
