I paid for 12 massages (2 packages of 6 packs) in 2019. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my job ( I travel for a living), I was unable to use my massages in 2019. In 2020, the pandemic happened. I recently contacted Aura Spa to book a massage and I was told that my massage package had expired in 2019. This is unethical, as I "paid" for the massages in advance.
