My laser sessions were going okay until Dipna burnt my lower face and neck. I was nice about it and Dipna took that for granted. I did not appreciate how un-straightforward she became once I told her I am cancelling my remaining sessions. She started giving me the run around, texting me to come meet her at the spa then not showing up twice and when I called her, she said she forgot. Dipna was great! She was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions about the procedure. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and there was little to no discomfort. The cost was affordable as well. I really appreciated her care and professionalism, and I highly recommend her services!
Dipna is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable about laser hair removal and will guide you to the right treatment for you. She’s thorough and her salon suite is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and calm.
