Living at Berkshire Amber was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff was consistently unfriendly, and the overall build quality of the apartments was poor. Something always seemed to be breaking because of the cheap materials. The fire alarms would randomly go off what felt like every few days, and we were even warned that using the common area in the evening could trigger an alarm as well, making it impossible to actually enjoy the amenities in its entirety. I've been living at this community for almost three years now, and I can genuinely say it's been a wonderful experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and feels like home. One of the things I appreciate most is how convenient everything is stores, restaurants, and essentials are all just minutes away. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. I have now lived here nearly 4 years and continue to enjoy the great management here. Update: due to unexpected spine surgery I needed help with several things and the management and staff went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't have made it through some rough weeks if it weren't for their wonderful help. This is truly a wonderful place to live!
