Aura One90 were my favorite apartments that I lived in while I was in the Dallas area. Great quality, great staff and never had a problem!
been here for 9 months and never had an issue, service requests were always done fast. oscar and ricardo are great.
The complex is really nice and Oscar and the rest of the maintenance team answers calls quickly.
If you follow your lease to the T, you will be fine. their late rent payment policy should be more relaxed, but if you pay on time and don't break the rules it's a great place to live. Nice front office staff.
Aura One90 is overall a great place to live. The maintenance team is top notch! Work orders get done consistently in less than 24 hours! Angel is always so nice to my kiddos and always so friendly. The office staff, although the leasing staff seem to change often, they are always so polite. My only complaint is the parking garage on the first level fills up by 6pm. The builders should have considered building more levels on the garage to keep your vehicle out of the hot Texas sun and inclement weather.
This is a great apartment community - probably the best I've lived in. The units are beautiful, the property is well-maintained, amenities are top notch, and the staff are the best. The only cons I would name are that the trains can get noisy sometimes and the club room closes when the office does. Highly recommend!
It's a great complex with great leasing people, albeit some strange guest parking policies. Maintenance especially is more often than not early than on time when we have service requests. They are absolute professionals and it's a great complex to live in.
