I've been here twice, and both nail technicians were great. However, even with an appt, I had to wait 30 minutes last time. They were busy, so I was understandable. I made an appt today at 1115 and was seated around 1130. I waited until 1145 and no one came. I ended up leaving. Waiting that long 2x with an appt is ridiculous. As a result, I cant recommend this place due to lack of management.

Visited salon today and they r consistantly providing great service. I had Andrew today and his customer service skills were on point..Andrew makes you feel so special..so thankful that now I have 2 locations that are consistant..and the drinks are good also

I went to Aura Nail salon recently and had a terrible experience that I want to share with others to hopefully prevent anyone else from wasting their money and having a bad experience here. I went here with my sister and we sat next to each other. We were both getting pedicures as well as manicures with builder gel. Immediately the 4 nail techs that were working on us were clearly talking about us. Danny did an amazing job with my daughters back to school nails excuse her cuts she bites her nails 🥹. 💅 She loved them I always come here and get treated with the best service. Definitely recommend.

Hanna and Danny are the besttt! I book with Hanna everytime! Danny was so sweet and funny ! Loved the professionalism and experience eveytime I come here!
